Proud to be a native Texan! I was born in Ft Worth, Texas, grew up in Waco and moved away for 7 years until I moved back to Waco in March of 2005. I have lived in Texas, North Carolina and Germany. I never thought I'd end up back in Waco but am grateful that I'm here now. I bought a house 7 years ago that I love and I have a beautiful 10 year old little girl named Mahrynn. She definitely keeps me going and I do all I can to keep up with her. I can't express how rewarding being a mother is and she is truly a blessing from God. I love riding and showing Arabian horses but recently haven't had much time for that. I also enjoy dancing, fishing, football, basketball, baseball, cookouts, road trips, floating rivers, going to the lake, vacations, working out, going out, my job, spending time with friends, shopping, working in the yard, anything that has to do with the outdoors and occassionally relaxing! Anyway, I have realized that life's a challenge, but the ones who conquor the challenge are the ones who put their faith and trust in God to guide and direct them in the direction he wants them to go. I have been through some hard times, but know that incredible and positive things derive from bad situations. I am a firm believer in that everything happens for a reason, it's just that we may not ever know the reasons some things happen; just know that it's all part of God's plan. I enjoy meeting up with friends from the past and making new friendships that will last a lifetime. I don't believe that it's possible to have too many friends. What I hold to be true is " Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow!" and " Don't cry because it's over, SMILE because it happened". Life is a journey, however, there are times that you need to stop and smell the roses along the way :-).
